Chat that feels live
Every message moves over publish and subscribe. The app subscribes to a conversation and gets each reply the moment it is published, without polling the server.
foxy is an AI content studio. Creators and brands use it to make AI photos and videos for social media in seconds.
foxy only works if the AI feels real. A slow reply in a chat or a pause in a voice call breaks that the moment it happens.
The models behind it changed all the time, and the product around them had to keep up without breaking.
We joined foxy's team in 2023 as embedded engineers and owned chat, in text and in voice.
We built it on a publish and subscribe pattern, and we worked day to day with the people training the models. Realism depends on both: how the AI looks and sounds, and how fast it answers.
Every message moves over publish and subscribe. The app subscribes to a conversation and gets each reply the moment it is published, without polling the server.
Voice chat runs on the same pattern, so a spoken reply starts as soon as it exists. In a voice conversation, a delay is the first thing people notice.
The team training foxy's models worked on making the AI look and sound as real as possible. We worked with them every day, so the chat never held back what the models could do.
foxy has grown into a studio for AI photos and videos. Creators use it for posts, Reels and Shorts, and brands use it to put their products and outfits into content.
