The Problem
Car buyers spend weeks scrolling through listings with dozens of filters they don't understand. Dealers lose leads because traditional search can't match the right car to the right person. The gap between what someone needs and what they can find is enormous.
The Approach
Designed a natural language search layer built on semantic embeddings. Users type what they actually want - 'reliable family car under 20k with low maintenance' - and the system translates intent into ranked results. Built a recommendation engine that learns from browsing patterns and sends relevant matches before you go looking.
The Outcome
Search-to-lead conversion improved 3x compared to filter-based search. Average time to first meaningful result dropped from 12 minutes to under 30 seconds. Dealer partners reported higher quality inbound leads.
